Longer Lasting Cheese Please
Cheese is one culinary delicacy that we happily splurge on. (Note: Whole Foods is offering a great DEAL on cheese! They are starting to slice smaller pieces and now triple cream truffle goats cheese can be enjoyed for only $4! We are so excited!) What does not make us happy is when an expensive piece of cheese goes bad in our fridge. Try this tip to preserve your Parmigiano-Reggiano, Gouda, or in our case Cow Girl Creamery cheese!
1. Wrap the cheese loosely in wax paper or parchment.
2. Cover with plastic and refrigerate.
